Lawcris panel products will do it for you. I know its in Leeds but they deliver up and down the country hope that helps Paul

Hi Rich I think your over complicating it, either laminate the sections in 2mm till you get your desired thickness making sure its done out of the same piece, or do the curved section out of solid on the spindle or router table with a template then but the front straight section up to it Paul

Most oak doors that are bought of the shelf aren't solid and the manufacturer usually states it should be under a canopy to protect it, I think this has been the problem. Paul
