I would reccomend the K10 from axminster, i use my all the time and they have all the jaws you could ever need which are also very nicely priced. ive never had a problem with my as of yet. also the axminster guys are so helpful with things like this. just my opinion of course :) Paul

Thanks for the reply also. I use food safe oil from Chestnut on fruit bowls and the like, its just when the customer asked for a finish that didnt have any maintenance i thought of hard wearing stuff like Plastic coating. but the overwhelming thing so far on this post seem to be definetly food...
