    Hi JB A jig saw could replace the band saw for the legs for the colm centre you could use vic style oct taper col on a base so no lathe required. Just a thought. simple hand tools only required. Have fun Norman

    Hi JB you may find what you are looking for in Antique auctions or junk shops, they often have the odd broken table for sale. But if you want new why not make your own not very hard to make from scratch. That way you get just what you want. Regards Norman
