    He has indeed, al-right for some eh? :lol: He came for a short visit, wanted a go on a lathe, fought our way through the rubbish to get to it, showed him how to make a couple of little boxes ... and he was hooked! ... I have not done much for ages. (five pieces in the last couple of years...

    Just general things, bowls included, so not a mini lathe. He is very new to it so not wanting to spend a fortune in case he doesn't keep to it and hasn't a VAST workshop, so nothing too big.

    It may save you money! you can make your own drop spindles now! I made a few for a friend who spins, Then sell the wool to buy more stuff! :shock:

    The Angels are a great idea, effective and so simple thanks.. I may try get in and make a few. As to the graph DB, it looks about right on the whole... but the relationship with the spouse in our house is the race to get the workshop space first! :roll:

    It's good, but it's not a hen .. sorry ... I must be watching too much TV. I do like some of the effects and think it is a very clever, but at what point does a thing stop being hand made as opposed to made by a gizzmo? obvioulsy you still have to design and decide how much and what to use...
