I'm more or less a newbie on here, although I've been watching for a while and have actually posted 1 or 2 comments this is my first Project post.
I've been messing around with wood from quite a young age but since moving to France 8 years ago I've been busy on a large renovation...
Nice work GH - I too would like to be able to joint boards by hand but for the moment this is beyond my skill level.
Great bit of editing too - looking forward to the 2nd installment...

Festool CTL Midi vacuum with the accessories kit - been wanting one of these for a long time and finally bit the bullet.
Even SWMBO thinks it's a good idea - health reasons and all that... :D

FYI Knauf make a perforated plasterboard called Apertura which works very well. It reduces reverberation and the perforations allow a certain amount of sound through into your Rockwool meaning that the acoustic qualities are not completely shut off.
