So after months of emailing, Axminster sent me a new saw that is developing the same type vibration as the first one. Top arm is shaking like crazy. Weird is that it started all of a sudden. Like bang, and it has been increasingly getting worse.
I´d NEVER ever buy an Axminster scroll saw again.
Great! I was just about to recommend Hegner. I have had one borrowed while I had my Axminster in for a repair and I can tell that saw is built like a tank!
I have sent my EX21 in for a warranty repair due to the top arm vibrating. Got it back and this is what a fixed saw means to Axminster specialists:

I´m glad to see this thread.
My story short(er). My Ali EX21 broke after 2 years. It kept blowing fuses in the saw and in my house repeatedly. I sent it for a repair and got a new motor and PCB. It ran well for about a month but all of a sudden a fuse blew again. Instantly after I pressed the...
I have two runners and it drags even if I place the sled the other way around. It slides perfectly in the middle but it´s tight on the edges. Right after I cut the runners I tested the width by sliding both ends into slots to see if they are loose or tight. They were perfect in the middle but...
I made a croosscut sled for my AC216TS with plywood runners and they are harder to slide on the front and the back of the miter slots as if they were different width. Has anyone experienced this?
I have my EX21 in for a second warranty repair with numerous issues and honestly, I´d never buy this saw again and would tell everyone considering it to stay away from axminster scroll saws. A friend of mine also has vibration issues with his EX30.
I did that and did not find anything wrong. When I applied more force, the top arm was flexing sideways a bit, which I find normal. I´ll try to catch that vibration on a video.
@aramco Did you have troubles with the whole saw vibrating, or only a part of it? The top arm of my EX21 started vibrating on max speed so much it´s literally moving side to side.
