My Holzmann TS200 has an induction motor and is very quiet now I have upgraded the blade. I've also upgraded the fence. Only thing I can fault is the dust collection which is shocking but can be improved on. I paid £650 12 months ago new but probably a bit more now.

3 off 8mm clearance holes in the side of the table from what I recall. Took about 20 mins.

Have a look at the Charnwood universal fence. About £80 on ebay. It's pretty much a copy of yours but is 1000mm long. I have fitted one on my Holzmann TS200 and my dad has put one on his bandsaw. Nice but of ally for the money.
