I bought the Lie Nielsen blade for my old 604 and had to replace the lever as the blade is thicker (a little mouth adjustment also). So I bought the brass Y-lever off Workshop Heaven and it worked a treat. Jonny

As per previous comment. Lift the red plastic emergency stop switch cover and the green for go button will be underneath it. Remember, put the red switch cover back down. It's there for easy access should you cut your arm off. Jonny

I have the PT260 and really like it. It's easy to move around on the wheels if you're stuck for space and want it out the road when not in use. Fiddly to change from planer to thicknesser for the first couple of times, until you get used to the set-up. I find it gives a pretty good finish...

I will do. I’ll post some photos. It may not be able to router depending on the cast, so I’ll try a few mm test area in a location that won’t bother me if it can’t be done.

As you can see, not a great quantity of material has to be removed, so I think the router bit and router could handle it.
