Thanks for that info, very helpful. I am trying to work out which product to choose as I see some of the Novatech are not suitable for hardwood or interior finishes. Does this mean I should choose a different stain for the inside of the door?

Thanks a lot. I am planning on stripping it down and refinishing it by hand with a stain, something like sikkens_cetol_novatech in teak or dark oak Would you agree with this approach or do you have a better solution? Thanks P
