you'll need to create or mould your first template, so ya a large diameter hole or foster bit in four corners, then slice the rest out somehow. then you have a template.

I have a small shop - Evolution rage table saw. Whenever I rip a board - the edge always comes out with a slight gap / sag toward middle of cut. Its only 1/2 a mm or so, but always along the middle. Can anyone explain this phenomenon to me! thanks Graham

Well I did a glue up with gorilla glue last few evenings, pu glue. I'm happy with it, but just thought maybe a bit pricey. Difficult to know how tight to clamp together. Wether just a tight squeeze is enough or go hard as you can. I went just tight squeeze at came out fine. Hopefully glue will...
