Thanks Mike, I actually didnt realise that OSB or ply served the purpose of stiffening up the structure and arresting any diagonal movement as well as holding the insulation in place. As you say insulation is cheap as chips so I will add this to my list of materials Thanks again for the...

OK thats convincing enough for me to insulate. Is mineral wool OK for both the walls and the roof ? or do I need to use something different for the roof? To keep it all in place , OBS, plaster board ply or cladding are suitable materials ?
