Slightly better, at least I know what type of blades now

I’m buying this for peanuts just to scratch an itch I have 🤔 Im trying to find out what make/brand it is so I can get the correct blades but unfortunately the lady hasn’t a clue as it was her husbands. Can anyone shed any light?? Ive been googling for hours, can find similar but not exact.

Thanks everyone! I think I’m going to probably just stick with using the Allen key provided, seems the best option as I’m not that experienced yet plus I’ve got other problems now but that’s for another post! 😂🤦🏻‍♀️

Not sure I understand but I’ve added photos of the original screw and the new knobs. They just don’t tighten enough to close the gap where the blade sits.

Yeah I already have one of those that actually came with the saw but I wanted a “tool less” system 👍🏽

So just received the longer ones and they seem to be even worse!? Dunno which ones everyone else is using but not working for me 🤦🏻‍♀️

Received them yesterday but couldn’t get them to screw tight enough to hold the blade in place, I think they’re a tad too short so I’ve ordered some longer ones, hopefully they do the trick!

I’ve just ordered some thumb screw/ knobs for mine, hopefully they’ll be easier 👍🏽

so It’s an M4, presumably only the length of the thread is measured when determining the length needed right? 🤦🏻‍♀️
