Sorry to be late. I'll get my Mr Punch mark up tomorrow I hope. I tried this evening but my internet signal is weak tonight.

Rather late I know ! I have obtained an ISORBY pigsticker chisel. Mr Punch looks relatively primitive: 4 bells down his back, two dots for buttons on his front, no ear. Can anyone suggest a rough date please.

I am keen to date so far as possible a tool I recently bought on Ebay. It is a "pig-sticker" chisel marked I.SORBY with a Mr Punch mark. Mt Punch has 4 bells down his back, two tiny dots on his front as buttons, no ear and some indiscipherable object like a tooth brush in his mouth. I can try...
