    Cordless lawnmowers, anyone had one?

I have a Stihl RMA2RT mulching mower. Now on its third season and I am very pleased with it. Expensive but uses same batteries as my other Stihl tools. I use the large AP300 batteries and it takes two charges to do about 500m2. Light, quick and easy to use. Gives a neat, functional finish - I...

    Incra router table

I built an Incra table a few years ago. It was expensive but worked well for me. I have used it mostly for boxes. I wanted a system which was accurate and reproducible, particularly for stopped rebates. It worked very well and for me was good value. It is here Incra Router Table - Woodwork UK...

Plunge Saws and guide rail lengths

While blades are interchangeable if you mix brands you will likely end up with different kerf widths. This may mean you overcut the tear out strip and may affect accuracy and tear out. I have Festool with a mix of track lengths which are regularly joined together and have always had excellent...

    Stihl cordless

Have one of the larger pro strimmers, regular and long reach hedge cutters and a chain saw. All using the large pro batteries. Been using these for a few years now. Last year bought one of the new mulching lawn mowers - much lighter than my petrol mowers. Very satisfied with all the tools. Dave

    Cabinet carcass glue up

Understood. To work quickly with a limited number of clamps screws make sense. I work slow these days and with Titebond the clamps can come off after 30 minutes. Can’t really add to Mrs C’s advice. Do a trial run then just do it. If you are using Titebond then make sure everything is warm...

    Cabinet carcass glue up

If you are using dominoes then I am not sure why you need screws as well. Dominoes should be fine on their own provided you pull everything up tight with your clamps. Dave
