There are numerous redundant coal mines that could be converted up north for a start. The Welsh have a massive reservoir that feeds water to the Midlands so why not stick a hydro generator in the pipe somewhere. As my lovely mum used to say "Where there's a will there's a way".

In some cases maybe but I was thinking it might be ignorance as not knowing when and where to indicate so they just don't bother. I have a question, why won't drivers use their indicators? The majority of congestion is caused by drivers not indicating.
