To much moisture no control ,I did have one I have a Chinese all in one diesel heater now works well

If you must use MDF use MR grade as it will machine cleaner I worked in shopfitting and we made bead board for Ralph Lauren shop's on a CNC out of the MR grade you do get other grades for moulding but more difficult to come by

You need to balance the door or it will bend ie ply to both faces

You haven't been using silicon products near your board's by any chance

Thanks for the information Woody2shoes - I am rebuilding at the moment and now have the blades back in and set , the vibration is a lot better as its only on the first couple of second on start up. I beginning to think that it has never been set up properly
