    BEWAERE! I has a similar problem with my saw, I so bought a new KA0-5 switch... No wiring diagram only numbers on the terminals (31 21 & 11 on top row and 12 22 and 32 on the bottom row). I thought I new how to fit plugs and switches but this has got me stumped, can any one help?

    Help me out of this situation! Broken insert

    Best to cut a thread in the wood using a Tap (not kitchen or bathroom) of the same thread size as the inset before fitting, especially in hard wood ( oaky, mahogany etc)

    I have a SIP extractor, 680 CFM with a 3m flexible 100mm connection. I have checked the Planer extractor and it does have internal cross braces, and it now seems logical that what Phil1978 and Disinteror suggested will solve my problem. I will cut them off before I next use the machine...

    I recently purchased a chip and dust extractor (high Volume Low Pressure) to use with my Charnwood 588 planer thicknesser, when in use the chip extraction outlet soon gets blocked. Any ideas? Thanks Colin
