I've always found http://www.printerbasics.com to be very good on price with quick delivery - just be very careful about whether the items are genuine or 3rd party, as it is not always immediately obvious from the listings. They are a UK site despite the address.

I tried tapping the cylinder down on the broken end of the shaft as suggested, and the end cap came off! (up until I read the post I hadn't end realised it could be a hollow cylinder :oops: )
