I bought one of these direct from TSO when they first came out cheaper than Axminster are currently knocking them out but still eyewatering. It is very, very good.
I find them much sturdier they don't bend like the old timber rails did. Have a look on ebay the box sectioned can be had for £12ish per metre delivered; I'd recommend getting a metre or two and experimenting.
