I also have this lathe, no complaints, easy to get to grips with, solidly built and a pleasure to use. You may need to keep your hands in your pockets once you have it, lots of tempting options are available !

Can anyone decipher this makers mark, the text is a little ornate and obscured with owners mark. ( Image is upside down ) Cannot read the date as the steel plate has obscured it, possible 18??
