    Construction adhesive?

Probably not what you want to hear but I would be drilling through it and bolt from the otherside using coach screws or similar, chuck in some silicone before you nip it right up. Whilst there decent I would never trust any glue to stick battens onto a wall. Adidat

How would you make this oilstone box lid with hand tools?

Yes perfectly suitable. Most home made ones ive seen have repetitive evidence of an auger bit to hog out the waste. Then you could use a router plane and chisels to tidy up the rest Adidat

So my mate has a elga turret mill a Yugoslavian milling machine with faint bridgeport esq looks. The running joke is that it's not as good as my bridgeport which of course it is.... He mentioned the other day getting a picture of Josip Tito the Yugoslavian leader, to go beside it. As I owe him...

I got loads off Facebook for free. Quite old and usually hideous colours but saves someone taking it to the tip, and just cut off the naff bits and away you go. Adidat

    Flap Sander

So I had a job to make 600 ash comemorvative axe handles. And got this setup to help smooth the shapes and remove tooling marks. I ummed and arred for a while but decided this was the most cost effective solution that didn't take up much space. I made the mistake of thinking m25 would be nice...

    Wanted Festool OF2200/DeWalt DW625 - 240V

Not true, most high end tools are identical just half the power. Have the same hitachi grinder chopsaw in 240v and in 110v the 240v you can stand on the handle whilst cutting. The 110 trips out every 30 seconds Adidat

Outdoor fence (spruce, larch and oak): how to treat?

A 'friend' has had good results with creacote cut 50/50 with used engine oil. Smells awful for a week and gives a pretty black finish, but has held up well for 5 years. Adidat
