What can go on top of creosote to mask the smell?

The decking isnt for a customer, its for my cousin and we put in in together. I dont want to get involved in any argument between him and the site owner. The smell is nearly away so we might get away with not removing it, hopefully. A mate gave me 5l of Liberon decking oil so the new wood will...

What can go on top of creosote to mask the smell?

I painted about 35m squared of decking on Sunday night with proper creosote. The decking is in front of my cousin's large caravan. Now some other caravan owners are complaining about the smell and it needs to be masked. There is only one caravan nearby and the other complainers are folk walking...

    Camvac 486 carbon brushes

Thats interesting. The reason that mine were so expensive was that the plastic holders the brushes get inserted into were included. There is no need for that inclusion as there is no need to replace them. I have measured the brushes and will get the other 2 pairs fro a carbon brush supplier.

    Camvac 486 carbon brushes

Thank you to everyone who replied. I will wait and measure one of the brushes and then order another 4 from Carbon Brushes uk. Trend Mini CNC

The better option could be a Denford cnc router. Check out their website for info. All made in the UK and fully supported by the company and a good forum. The router on the smaller ones is a Porter Cable which uses quarter inch or half inch bits. I have had one for 2 years now and love it. It...

AA rechargable batteries and charger recommendation

The rechargeable batteries I bought a few years ago are no longer holding any charge so I am on the hunt for some new ones and a charger to go with them. I want to use them mainly in my digital camera but the telly remote and a few other items could possibly be doing with some as well. Anybody...

Machine pick up and delivery recommendation

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. I have been in contact with a machinery removal company in Southampton. I am arranging for them to go in and put it on a pallet and move it to the door. A pallet company with a tail lift will then pick it up and ship it to me. I discovered during the week...

‘Our MDF furniture brought toxic fumes into our home’

If I had £18K to blow on bedroom furniture I would want it made from real wood and not that reconstituted stuff!
