Has anyone used ‘Wood Warming’ sealer from Morrells?
I normally use water based lacquer, but on some oak veneered birch ply I am using I would like to give it the warmer colour you get by applying oil.
I understand that I could oil it first, then when dry shellac it and then spray the water based lacquer on top, but due to the time this would take I am looking for another solution.

I have also considered tinting the lacquer, but not sure if this would give me the look I’m after.

If anyone has any experience of the wood warming sealer I would be interested to know how well it works and what I could expect from it.

Thanks,
Mark.
