Hi all,

Both being from the Wadkin stable, they would be excellent pedigree.
However, are there any limitations to one saw over the other?
I get that there are restrictions based on the size and weight of the BGP compared to the AGS.
The AGS would be know for precise accurate cuts...can the BGP also achieve such precision? I believe that the BGP cannot have a zero clearance guard fitted...

Thanks in advance for any advice.

The BGP is for cutting sheet goods primarily. I suppose it all depends on the kind of work you will be doing. The AGS is a great all rounder and hard to beat as a main saw bench for general work IMO.
