Got my new bench last night. I'll be setting it up in the garage today, (came in several bits) then fitting a vice to it.

I'm to DIY as what Donald Trump is to political correctness. So it should be fun, but every step gives confidence. I know nothing about DIY so will be logging in, asking questions and posting a few pictures of my progress. I'm going to add a few items as time goes by, like a mini lathe, bench sander, and bench drill as I can find the money, nothing expensive mostly £100 a time?

Kind wishes to all.

Richard.

Yes, if I can find out what you have to do. I take a look and some pictures tomorrow.

If you have a windows computer, download this program free that has a program within (microsoft 2010) which allows you to resize a picture (right click on pic select "edit" , then select "resize"
Under original size, select "large document" and click the "OK" tab.

Click and drag photo to where you want it, and replace it...
This requires you to have your tab in top right corner set to half size
Done.

I have never got it to work otherwise, although I know there are tutorials.
I like the way Custard is able to post pics at intervals and text between, but I never figured this
out yet properly
