Record 71 adjustment screw

I need a replacement Cutter Adjustment Screw for a record 071. i cannot post the link/picture ,however, if you google "Cutter Adjustment Screw and Nut router plane" then it's the top link for the stanley one

Does anyone know where i can get one?

Is it just the threaded rod you need, or the nut too? If it's just the rod then it may be possible to source something suitable (depending on the age of the tool). Do you know roughly when your #71 was made?

Do you have a (damaged) screw at the moment, or is it completely missing from your plane?

The screw i had was bent. I've figured it out. It's 26tpi Diameter: 1/4" . I ordered a 6" one from ebay and hacksawed it to size. arrived today and fits perfectly in case somebody else has the same issue.

That sounds like a BSF thread then (UNF is 28tpi at 1/4" diameter).
