I have a small MIG welder dating back a few years. I have gone to use it today for the first time in quite a while and the wire feed has failed. I've taken everything apart, cleaned it and put it back together (even opening up the little gearbox), but no luck. I can hear a quiet click when I squeeze the trigger but the motor no longer turns. The model number (PM130XT) no longer appears on the Sealey website.

Does anyone know where I might source spares? I assume this is one complete unit with little electric drive motor and gearbox all in one, but is there any way of testing to see whether the fault lies further back in the works?

Yes, and it is the motor (or previous circuitry). There is no movement even without a load.

Thanks for the link.I'll have a look.
