SC3 Chuck Pen Jaws

Total n00b question. With the SC3 Chuck and pen jaws, are the jaws supposed to be attached with 2 screws or 1?

I know the main jaws use 2 but I can't see how to get the inner screw inserted - I just want to double check I'm not being backward before I press on.

No instructions came with the pen jaws at all.

I don't have pen Jaws but I do have pin and 35mm standard both of which only use one screw. The 50mm standard uses two as might others.

My pen jaws only use 1 but different chuck manufacturer.

I have the same, the pen jaws only use one screw, the outer one I think.
