I have the Metabo KGSV 72 Xact...my problem is how to adjust the bevel angle minutely?
Can't find any help in the manual/instructions.
The perpendicular 90deg cut is about 1/2 a degree out..
...any help appreciated.

I haven't got that particular model but I do have a KGS254M, if they're anything alike (judging by photographs the part I'm about to mention looks the same) the adjustment is at the back of the machine and is controlled by two grub screws and two locknuts on either side, one side for 90 and one for 45. Undo the locknut and adjust the grubscrew to where you want it and re-tighten the locknut.

Can't help you but I I'd have one when they came out but sold it on as I couldn't trust it. Bringing it up to 90 resulted in it stopping at 90 from one side but, bringing it up from the other side, it was out... sometimes.

I did manage to sort the back fence which was out on one side quite easily but that's not a lot of help to you. There was a parts diagram somewhere on the Metabo site that may help.
