Cascamite as recommended and some wood dust.

Is there usually a ration of dust to glue for filling small gaps?

Not really, Mix the cascamite first and then add wood dust until it becomes grainy looking. Mixing cascamite is an acquired skill so it does take a couple of attempts to get the mix right.

Had another it of time this afternoon so started on the panels and centre dividers. Cut the centre dividers 2 inches too short for top and bottom. Decided to just move the mortice down on the Stiles as I only had enough wood to re make the top.

So I would like to hang this gate with some standard door hinges. Could anyone recommend some that are good for exterior use?

Thanks
