Not having a table saw causes me a lot of problems getting straight glue up edges on smaller pieces (under 2 ft long and under 1" high). So for my router table I need a coping sled that instead of cutting across the end grain, will hold a thin strip of wood securely enough to run it across the router bit.

I have been using an offset fence, and while it does give me a nice clean edge, its not perfectly straight. And if i have make both edges nice, after a few passes the wood becomes tapered.
any one got a link, or a set of plans?
