you will find that Yodel for example are much cheaper and in my experience more reliable.

Yes, I would not doubt you would do that, but since you quoted Parcel Force I felt obliged to point out somewhere possibly cheaper.
Or to put it another way, how do you know when you have found the cheapest option ?
Also while cheapest is good, I also like reliability and that's why I mentioned Yodel, just in my experience of course.
