Item for sale!!!! Help!

Not posted an item for sale in a while...and new layout baffles me...trying to upload pics, but cant get further than clicking the 'insert image' wanting a url!
What am I doing wrong?

Save Draft - Preview - Submit

you will find a tab which is labeled Upload Attachment.

Go from there.
