And there's me chasing away barn swallows from trying to nest under my new pergola!

Interesting for any kiddies to watch the life cycle.

And I bet the rent on a place like that is still cheaper than the equivalent up my end of the M4!

Thank you, Marcros, for lowering the tone!! (Well, beating me to it).
Excellent work, Nev - That is great footage to see.
Can you let us know what camera set up you have as we've been spectacularly unsuccessful in capturing our guinea pigs in their den.
Cheers
Greg

DIY camera :)

Raspberry Pi (3) and a Pi camera module (V2), MotionEyesOS software.
https://www.raspberrypi-spy.co.uk/2017/ ... tioneyeos/

Its quite simple, no coding required, the whole lot sits in the apex of the box, I just extended the power supply cable into the garage and as the Pi has wifi built in it connects to my home network where I can view, record and even get notified by email upon motion detection.

We had a slightly bemused Blue-Tit (parent) in the dining room earlier this afternoon. The box is quite close to the house, and I'd left a window ajar.

My better half assisted it by opening another window, but it left the way it came in, flying fairly straight, but probably with a slightly sore head.

I photograph them, but that's not a patch on your videos, Nev.
