sHi all, thought you might be interested in this piece I bought ina local bookshop of all places. It’s 24”x 24” and they said it was part of a lot of apprenticeship pieces from China. I particularly like the soft colours of the wood and also the birds stances. Anyway I paid £25 so I think it well worth it.

looks like a good job in a nice frame that shows it of well
has it all been done on a scroll saw or have some parts been carved
 
Hi, a bit of both. The wings have been cut whole and the feathers carved. It hangs in our lounge and it re-kindled my scroll saw interest when I retired.
