Loggin in?

I am a member of around 5 forums and every instance I have had to log in this morning.
Was this caused by some outrage?

Maybe the cookies storing the "password" or similar expired today?

I had to log in unexpectedly in forums today as well, its probable due to some sort of server update.

No login needed for me today on any forums - it seems to be random but is as Dibs said, probably when various cookies expire - the other possibility, if it happened to several forums at once, is that your router might have lost connection briefly / restarted and you got assigned a new IP address by your service provider - I'm guessing this could effectively log you out despite cookies.
