staircase renovation

hi guys did an staircase renovation with MR mdf and painted hope you like it.

Looks great (here comes the "but") but it looks like you've used the MDF for treads? I'd doubt they'll hold up to much traffic dent-wise. Are you adding some kind of runner going up the middle?

no there is no runner its been awhile now i thought i may run in to some problems with MDF but no may be a scratch here and there but no dents my kids even dropped vac on it i used 2 coats of morrells waterborne primer and extra on bull-nose its quite strong.

That's good to hear. Looks like you did a neat job there and kids are always a good test for anythings resistance to destruction
