Hi can anyone throw any light on why my Clarke CSS400C Scroll Saw suddenly stopped working? IT stopped midflow whilst cutting some 6mm MDF so it wasn't under laod. Now when pressing the On button which is 'clicking' all that is happening is the working light comes on. I have had this problem before and ended up taking it into Machine Mart who fixed it under warranty. The warranty is out of date now, I am wondering if it is the switch or maybe the PCB.
Any comments will be greatly appricated.

If it has brushes, replace them - even if you think it looks ok... Ask Peter Millard, he bought a new festool track saw because the bushes looked ok, but they actually needed replacing...
