Bog oak pen blanks.

No worries, I’m making blanks out of all sorts at the moment. Some old oak skirting boards are the latest ‘victims’

This is the second pen from the blanks donated by Mike, on a Sedona kit. One coat of sealer then microcrystalline wax
I forgot to take pics of the first and don't have it now.

The bog oak turns well but a bit prone to splintering and it doesn't half make your hands go black.
