good job on the wheels. At our local Canadian tire. They have a screw board with every possible nut and screw on display so you can try each one trial and error.
 
I have the same Jessem router table and did the same as the OP years ago, in adding castors - I got pretty heavy duty ones as I have built a cabinet (Norm Abram style) within the Jessem frame and that holds a lot of heavy stuff.

Anyway, in a rush, I only had M10 bolts and just re tapped the threads - I have asked myself many times why I didnā€™t just get some 3/8ā€ bolts, but the castors are still going strong about 15 years later with no problems.

Why Jessem didnā€™t fit castors as standard, I donā€™t know - they make the table much more usable.
