Dust extraction

Hi
anybody used a fine dust extractor , like p&j , to use for hand power tools like sanders, it be going from around 100mm ducting down to 18mm diameter ducting. Cheers

not an expert but that beast looks like it’s designed for 100-150 mm . Most large extractors don’t operate well at less than this ( hplv/ lphv. etc ) but I’m sure the excellent knowledgeable members will explain it better.. welcome btw to ukw ..
