does anyone know any good sites on setting bandsaw blades please?

I recently got a used rexon bandsaw so thought I would check it over, the two large wheels in it where the blade goes over has a rubber/plastic running around the outside of them but its falling off in chunks, can this be bought new or am I better gluing it back on?.thanks in advance

I am after a bit of help please, I have bought some pieces of mahogany around 1 inch thick by about two inches across, now I am wanting to cut them length ways so what type of saw will be best to use? ie bandsaw-tablesaw etc. I am wanting to make some bonsai tables out of them so any ideas or...
