were can I buy replacement rexon bandsaw blades please

does anyone know any good sites on setting bandsaw blades please?

I recently got a used rexon bandsaw so thought I would check it over, the two large wheels in it where the blade goes over has a rubber/plastic running around the outside of them but its falling off in chunks, can this be bought new or am I better gluing it back on?.thanks in advance

if I go out and spend around £100 on a cheap end range of bandsaw and change the blade etc would that get it cutting straight ? or am I better looking for a second hand machine?. I cant get my old one back as I listed it on a free site sadly.
