    glass table top

    To avoid green tint you need to ask for "Low Iron Glass" which is a lot more expensive than standard glass but does look good. I woul suggest looking up glass proseesors who would thoughen it as well.

    Some say you should slacken the blade when not using the saw others say its ok to leave on. the reason is i'm upgrading to a much larger saw (prob Startrite 502).but for similar cost can get a saw with quick release as to saw is not use all the time I can see the convenience of this.I welcome...

    Hi Mike.Thanks for your offer. I had not decided on angle but between 15 and 20 deg seems ok.As for using existing rafters they are part of the problem as they bowed so it seems best to start afresh.

    Quick D&M Show Report

    I would echo your comments also had detour on my way home.bought 2 Freud blades for my 10" TS. On collecting was given bag with 2 blades in it.Failed to check (my mistake) got home to find 1 10"& 1 9 1/4" !. Looks like I will be on phone to D&M. Gary

    I had silmlar budget and went for the Nova XP very pleased very very smooth and almost silent. main reason i wanted to get away from belts and was able to get good deal at yandles show with some extras thrown in Gary.

    Hi Mark I had simlar problem untill i found that if the gate is opem evan by 1mm the loss of suction is great.so i check they are not jammed with dust.sorry if this something you have already elliminated. Gary

    Blast gates

    Hi steve They are so you can isolate each outlet so to get max suction at the machine being used.I have several on my system only problem you must keep them clear of dust as this can jam gate open and you loose suction. Gary
