    Rolled Zinc Glazing Bars

Could you use aluminium T-section? 1/2 inch was the smallest I could find online, but it could cut down to 10mm. To get the domed cap make a jig to hold the stem of the T but with clearance at the top to enable it to be bent down to give a droopy T. Food for thought. Brian

    Sold Assorted Brass Screws

Are these brass screws or brassed steel screws? Look like the latter to me. Brian

    Charnwood drum sander

Are those Bristol levers an addition put on by the retailer? The Charnwood promotion photo shows just a simple pair of screws. In normal use I would say they're superfluous. How often are you going to sanding 10"+ boards. These open ended sanders have been sold and used for years with no such...

    Log Cabin Workshop 3.5m x 4.5m

In your defence (English English, not American English) English is a right mish-mash. I'm just reading the book 'Roman Britain and why we speak English' It's a fascinating story, if you're that way inclined. Brian

    Machinery wheels? Casters

I would mount them in line with the tables so they wouldn't stick out. ????

Attaching 12mm pipe at right angles.

I too would go down the route of buying of the shelf items and find a way of covering the old holes. May be a large diameter stainless washer under each attachment. Brian

    Machinery wheels? Casters

The same idea in principle can be achieved with these elevating castors:- https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/81a9o6MWnML._AC_SY344_.jpg The main problem here is that you need apply a load onto one castor to raise 50% of the machine weight and the lever arm length is rather short. This is...

    Wildflower seeds / garden

Surprisingly wild flowers do best on impoverished soil. Serious WF gardeners will strip the topsoil off to achieve instant impoverishment. This is probably a bit drastic in a domestic situation but you can steadily impoverish it over the years by removing all top growth and not allowing it to...

Why are router usually lifts so expensive?

No, incorrect. A router table is just a mini version of a spindle moulder. Just Google it and you'll see they all have fence systems. Both can be used without a fence. The more sophisticated SM's feature tilting shafts and reverse direction rotation which no router table will offer. A decent...

Safely cutting lap joins on table saw

A homemade tablesaw sled would be a good addition to your kit at this stage and would be safer than the mitre gauge. Brian

TOOL STORAGE CABINETS & RACKS... WHAT TO DO IF YOU ARE NOT DONE BUYING???

I was going to say something similar to @niall Y but he got there first. I would just add that my philosophy is that if I haven't used it in the last 5 years, it's a prime candidate for for the big E. I realise that this might be a big ask for @bentontool to accept as a lifestyle choice. Never...
