Metabo SXE 450 240V Orbital Sander

Hi i am thinking of buying a Metabo SXE 450 240V Orbital Sander what would you recommend would this be suitable for bandsaw boxes ???? Yes i will be using it for other work but i,m looking for something to help give me a perfect finish on my bandsaw box or as close as i can thank,s in anticipation

it, or a ROS, would be good for the flat faces, but the curves i am less sure on.

I use a belt sander and for the tight curves i use a lathe with 15mm dowel between centres with the velcro backed papers then finish by hand

I have recently bought one and have just finished sanding a set of six dinning room chairs. I used a thick Mirka pad for the curved sections and a thin pad saver for flat surfaces with Abranet disks , I am very pleased with it. Curves are a little tricky I also used a detail sander for the small hard to access areas.
