A couple of years ago I acquired some 12mm 'exterior' ply from my local Bradfords. I cut it into silhouettes and painted them for outdoor decoration. Within 3 months they were all delaminating. In my younger days one could expect BS1088 WBP ply to last untreated for years. I know that most of the stuff imported today is cheap far eastern stuff made to minimal spec and labelled 'exterior' but where can one get real exterior quality and how can one identify it?

I don't know how old you are, but I'm 61 and WBP delaminated if left untreated in my youth - marine ply ply might not have, but that's a different thing.
