Hi all, I have a bench sander the sander is a belt and disc but I only use the belt.
Do you know if there is a way to clean the belt, I have been using a wire brush it dose clean it a bit, it is mainly glue from my bad glue joints.
I have used one pack and now on my second, the glue I have been using is hot melt sticks.
I better own up I am making a craft stick house/castle.

You can use a carrier bag until you get a proper cleaning block. Used to do that years ago. Screw it up really tight and you're good to go.

You'll be amazed at how effective it is :)

I use old hosepipe - the stiffer re-enforced ones work a treat for any machine sander - belt or orbital, the trick is not to get them too clagged up in the first place.
