Fire service pattern help?

Hi all, hope everyone is well. I've been asked to produce something for a guy that is passing out in the fire service in a couple of weeks. I've never done anything like this before and have no idea on a pattern. If we were in America this would be easy.

you could perhaps have the union flag in the middle or st george cross..

Cheers guys, they have been a great help. I deffinately like the silhouette fire fighters. I drew up something last night and just waiting to hear from the customer now.
