Elektra Beckum BAS315 pulley/drive belt

The drive belt on my bandsaw has now decided to give up the ghost! Always these things happen when you really need them.
My question to the members is this, where and from who would it be possible to buy a belt?
Any belts that I have managed to find have been so outrageously priced you would think they were made from some rare substance, add the postage and it all becomes silly.
If anybody knows someone or a shop/distributor for this item I would be very grateful.
Also just found out that it appears that I also need to buy a puller to remove the lower wheel, does it never end! :evil:

I have used this site several times. The last time for my Elektra Beckum/Metabo BAS316 http://www.powertoolspares.com/. Great website full diagram of the bandsaw and good service.

When I replaced my drivebelt I removed the circlip from the face of the pulley and pulled it off, no puller needed.
